Unavoidably Unsafe | The Thinking Moms' Revolution
This is a great article, definitely worth the few minutes read.
It's a reminder of where we are now and that we must take responsibility for our health, individually and collectively. By becoming educated about vaccines, we can make informed decisions and we can petition our local, state and federal representatives for change.
In my Instinctive Birthing Natural Childbirth classes, I will teach you what the most up-to-date research has to say about vaccine safety and effectiveness, as well as giving you an understanding of the conditions that they are reported to "protect" against. I will also give you resources to continue your own research if you have the desire to learn more.

Surprisingly Calcium-Rich Foods That Aren't Milk
Surprisingly Calcium-Rich Foods That Aren't Milk
Yes! You will be amazed how easy it is to get enough calcium without the high calories and fat of dairy products. Class 2 of my Instinctive Birthing Natural Childbirth Series is general nutrition for families, pregnant moms and breastfeeding and Calcium Rich Foods is part of that class, as well as fiber and protein rich foods.
It is very important to eat well, especially if you're pregnant, but it doesn't stop there. Later, when baby is eating solid foods, you will be a good example to follow if you choose to practice mindful eating. Remember they will be imitators of you!
