Stories like this one are the
reason I teach natural childbirth classes; small towns with limited resources
is why I have decided to make them available online. I have lots of resources

Reason’s for Creating and Teaching Instinctive Birthing...
· Empowerment: Education creates a space for
growth, maturity, resources and support that makes parents stronger. The result
is parents who are not weakened by circumstances, but instead moved to take
responsibility and action toward resolution, growth and wellness.
· Nutrition
& Exercise: Well-nourished,
active parents, having made the decision to choose a healthy lifestyle for
them, are mindful to lead by example in order to educate their children.
· Family
Wellness is the end result of
becoming a living example of natural, conscious living for their children,
family and friends, while leaving a legacy for future generations.
